If you wish to participate in the Hatrik Flea Market you must adhere to each step set out in the product guidelines. If your product is not of sufficient quality Hatrik may reject the product form at any time. Hatrik may remove the product from the Flea Market at any time without notifying the original owner. The rules set out in the guideline may change at any time and without notification to any participating seller.
Hatrik will only accept clear images of product and may choose to reject a product if images are not of high enough quality. Please ensure the background is as simple as possible (preferably an all white back drop, or against a block colour) this ensures the best possibility of resale. You may attach look book photos if cropped, clear and relevant however it is at Hatrik's discretion whether these will be uploaded or not.
EXPECTED RESALE PRICE
Please outline your expected retail price in the product form. However once Hatrik has accepted the images, this price may be reasonably adjusted at Hatrik's discretion. Each product varies in re-sale percentage and will be calculated according to quality, age and value of the goods accepted.
DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCT
Any product defects or wear-and-tear damage of the goods MUST be outlined, photographed and made known to Hatrik in the product guideline. Hatrik is not responsible for third parties receiving goods with damage of defects that were not outlined in the resale product profile. It is the responsible of the original owner to outline damages and defects at any time during the re-sale process.
TRUE REPRESENTATION OF PRODUCT
Hatrik does not accept nor condone the re-sale of designer copies or 'fake' products. If you wish to resell a designer piece please provide proper authentication documents, tags and cards. If a product is found to be a copy or 'fake' Hatrik will remove the product immediately.
PAYMENT via PAYPAL or DIRECT BANK TRANSFER
Once the product is sold, 85% of the re-sale value will be transferred to the original owner within three business days of the sale. Hatrik encourages the use of Paypal to ensure a protected and secure payment method. A flat shipping rate of an additional $8.00 for all orders will be included in the final transfer amount.

Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.
The delivery times provided by Hatrik are estimates only. Hatrik will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Hatrik cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE GOODS
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Hatrik cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. Address Confirmation is given on the review & buy page in the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact Customer Service immediately.
We will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however due to the fast turnaround of our warehouse, some orders cannot be adjusted. In the case that your order is processed and cannot be updated, please refer to our returns and exchange section for more information.
Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within 7 working days, in the condition that you received it and we will happily refund you the cost of the product(s)*.
Swimwear can be returned if it is unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and protection stickers attached. Please note that all swimwear that is sold in a set must be returned in a set.
We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.
RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS
All items returned for refund must be returned in the original condition with tags attached (unless faulty). Any packaged goods must be returned with the packaging in its original condition or may not be accepted (unless faulty). When trying on footwear we advise using a clean surface as shoes with marked or dirty soles may not be accepted for return. Please ensure all returned clothing items are free from marks, stains and rips as they may not be accepted for return if received damaged (unless faulty). Note: Online purchases cannot be returned or dropped off in person to any office or warehouse. Online purchases may only be returned by sending them to the Returns Address as per the returns process. If notified before goods have been dispatched, Hatrik can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, Hatrik reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.
