In addition to your order confirmation email, any shipping details will be provided including a tracking number where necessary. You will receive an additional email once the item is dispatched and en route to your wardrobe!

Domestic Delivery (Australia Wide)

Domestic Delivery

Hatrik offers free shipping for all domestic orders over $50.00. For orders under $50.00, an additional $7.95 shipping fee applies. 

Domestic orders will be sent using the Australia Post eParcel network, delivering in 2 or more business days from the time of order Australia-wide. Please be aware regional and remote areas may take longer than 2 days. The Aus Post Tracking Number will be provided in the dispatch email. 

Orders received by 9am AEST Monday-Friday will be dispatched on the same day unless pending credit verification. Orders made over the weekend or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note during peak periods slight delays may occur.

International Delivery

For international shipping we offer two flat rate shipping options at the customers additional expense:

  1. Regular Delivery - $25.00: Registered International Air Mail. Delivery may take between 3-14 days.

  2. Express Delivery - $50.00: DHL Express Post. Delivery may take between 2-7 days.

returns policy

 

Hatrik happily accepts returns on full price items within 7 days of receiving your order for an exchange or credit note. All items must be unused and in the condition the item was sold in. Please note, Hatrik does not accept returns from items sold on the Hatrik Flea Market.

Returning Hatrik Items

To return an item via post please contact sophia@hatrik.com within 7 days of receiving your product and provide a brief explanation for your return/exchange. The return request may be approved or rejected. Once approved via email, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and for items over $50.00, a prepaid AusPost label for postage. Simply print off this label and stick it on a Prepaid AusPost satchel and drop it off at your closest Australia Post Office.

Note: All items must be returned within 14 days of your RA# being issued. Items returned without an RA# will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense.

For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest using insured registered post as we are not liable for lost return parcels. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to receive your merchandise.

Once received, we will inspect and process the goods within 48 hours to ensure you receive your refund, credit note or exchange voucher as quickly as possible. In most cases refunds should appear in your account within 4 business days.
