Do I need to create an account to shop on Hatrik?

No you do not need to create an account to shop on Hatrik, however your email will be added to the Hatrik mailing list. This means you will be updated with order confirmations and the time of shipping dispatch. You will also be provided with up-to-date information on new product and sales as well as blog posts through 'As Seen In' Hatrik.  You can unsubscribe to Hatrik's mailing list at any time.  

Where is Hatrik vintage product sourced?

Hatrik vintage and second hand product is sourced from a world wide vintage trail, where pieces have been collected and and sourced by Hatrik. The Hatrik Flea Market provides a platform for third parties to re-sell products, once approved by Hatrik. 

How often does new product appear onto Hatrik?

Depending on the season and frequency of trips, product will be uploaded on a sporadic basis, there is no guarantee time of new product uploads. New items will feature on Hatrik's social media platforms as well as email threads.

An item is out of stock, what now?

If you require a specific product or have seen a product that is marked as 'sold out' please email sophia@hatrik.com as there may be products in the archive that have not appeared online yet. 

Will I be charged for delivery?

Free shipping applies to all domestic orders. For those orders that require immediate shipment and quick arrival, express shipping or DHL courier is an option at the customer’s expense, please specify this at checkout.

What should I do if I saw an item I liked but it is no longer on Hatrik?

If there is particular items that caught your eye and they are no longer available online, email sophia@hatrik.com to enquire about sourcing a similar style, or for information regarding alternate options with the particular aesthetic in mind.

Who can sell items on the Hatrik Flea Market?

The Hatrik Flea Market provides a platform for third parties to upload their second hand designer or vintage products. The Flea Market products must be approved by Hatrik via the online form, including a true representation of what the product is and in the state the third party intends to sell it as. 

How do I upload my product?

The steps for uploading products to the Flea Market are found here. The process requires the third party to fill out the form with images, and product description which is sent directly to Hatrik. It is at Hatrik's discretion to approve or deny the upload, and only after approval will the product be uploaded. 

Who takes care of the shipping? 

Hatrik does not pay for any shipping costs involved. Once the product is sold from the Flea Market, Hatrik will notify the third party and provide a delivery address for the customer. It is expected the third party dispatches the product within the next two days, and only once Hatrik has been supplied with a tracking number will 85% of the funds be released to the third party. 

What percentage of the sale price does the third party receive?

The third party seller will receive 85% of the final sale price from Hatrik. 

What brands and categories will Hatrik approve to sell?

It is at Hatrik's discretion which products are approved or denied. The Hatrik Flea Market is a curation of middle to high end secondhand designer pieces, as well as authentic vintage fashion and accessories. Hatrik will most likely disapprove products with obvious and prominent damage, large wear-and-tear or products in an unfit state to be resold.
